Hi R Guru,

As per your update You are using Version 4.0 i.e. Crystal Server 2011 and you wanted to upgrade to Version 4.1 which is Crystal Server 2013.

Basically there are 2 sections in the SMP.

  • Installation and Upgrade
  • Support Pack and Packages.

Installation and Upgrade - Whenever you do the First time installation of the server i.e. BI on the machine you use Full build which is downloaded from this section. Example you wanted to install Crystal Server 2013 SP1 on fresh system you use this location.

Support Pack and Packages- This section is exactly same but also contains patches but they are used to update the service packs. So, Once you do the Full Build install then each and every time you will navigate to this place to update the server.Ex: You wanted to update Crystal Server 2011 to Crystal Server 2013

In BI 4.x you can update the server directly from 4.0 to 4.1.

Now, In your case you are able to see Crystal Server 2013 that means you have the access to 4.1 to download. So, below are the locations you need to navigate :

  • If you wanted to update the existing server to Crystal Server 2011 to Crystal Server 2013 navigate to : SUPPORT PACKAGES AND PATCHES >> Analytics Solutions">> SAP CRYSTAL SERVER" >> SAP CRYSTAL SERVER 2013
  • If you wanted to install FB use this location : Installations and Upgrades >>Analytics Solutions">> SAP CRYSTAL SERVER">> SAP CRYSTAL SERVER 2013

Now if you don't have the access then create the incident in XX-SER-SWFL-SHIP
