Can someone help me with error message SRMF071?

For some odd reason after upgrading to EhP8, Credit limit request - search in transaction SCASE has stopped working. I have checked the number ranges for SCMG and also checked the customizing registry(Service Provider Framework) to make sure SCMG_SP_CASE and SCMG_SP_CASE_LOCATOR have the correct RMS_ID.

Am I missing something else or is there something else I could check? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If you have checked and you have everything ok, then check this table: RMPSAPDIR_T_CLNT . Compare the two systems and fill it if there are different number rows.
