Error with PP EWM integration

Hello folks, I am getting below error message. Please note the shipping point for plant has been maintained as well as other settings as per SAP documentation. Also the components in production order has been tested for both inbound (against purchase order) and outbound (against sale order). So am a little surprised that am getting below error when outbound delivery for component from production order is failing with below message. Also please note I have also maintained key setting required for EWM PP integration  "In customizing for SAP ERP choose Logistics Execution  Decentralized WMS Integration  Central Processing  Application  Define Interface to Inventory Management and Delivery-Relevant Data"  "Error Message no. /SPE/MAN007 Diagnosis For production supply deliveries to be created in plant PL03,  various data has to be maintained in the supplying and the receiving plant: Shipping point Sales organization Distribution channel (only in the supplying plant) Division (only in the supplying plant) Customer (only in the supplying plant) Vendor (only in the receiving plant) System Response Because of the missing data it is not possible to create a delivery " Any clues or help from others who may have gone through this issue is highly appreciated. Hi All,

Please note was finally able to create the OBD for the production order. The latest config I did was under the following SPRO node :

Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Purchase Order -> Set up Stock transfer Order -> Set up stock transfer between storage locations -> Define shipping data for stock transfer between storage locations.

Here I assigned the Customer (ship to party) to plant/ warehouse storage location and maintained the Sales organisation, distribution channel,shipping point, division for this combination.

Next I assigned the Vendor to plant/production storage location.

Since have made a lot of settings will eliminate the redundant ones and update the necessary ones soon.

Yes Naren. You caught the right node. I too maintained the shipping point  for Stock transfer between storage locations under Define shipping data for stock transfer between storage locations. It generated an outbound delivery for getting components to production order from EWM location. Thanks for solving this nagging problem and letting all know. Regards

Can you please let me know if you were able to solve the above issue ? I have maintained the settings in ECC as suggested by Raghava under the below node :

Logistics Execution  Decentralized WMS Integration  Central Processing  Application  Define Interface to Inventory Management and Delivery-Relevant Data ->Delivery-Relevant Data for Warehouse Number

In addition to the above recommendation I have also assigned the vendor in the customer master in XD02.

The shipping point determination also has been set up in customization. 

However I still get the below error :

Data for plant EWMP incompletely maintained

Message no. /SPE/MAN007

Diagnosis

For production supply deliveries to be created in plant EWMP, various data has to be maintained in the supplying and the receiving plant:

• Shipping point

• Sales organization

• Distribution channel (only in the supplying plant)

• Division (only in the supplying plant)

• Customer (only in the supplying plant)

• Vendor (only in the receiving plant)

System Response

Because of the missing data it is not possible to create a delivery.

Procedure

Maintain the missing data in Customizing for plant EWMP.

Any lead from others who may have faced his issue will be highly appreciated.

No Naren. My issue still remains open. I have checked all settings a few times and still could not resolve this in my system. However being test/demo system, have not reached out to SAP for any fix.

Hi,

Today in one of my client system i too hit the same issue.

Fix is:

Assign the ship-to party maintained in the above screen shot(mentioned in my previous post) to plant under

Purchasing -> Purchase Order -> Set up Stock Transport Order -> Define Shipping Data for Plants

in the pop-up give your plant and maintain the entries

Thanks for the response.

Please note I have maintained the settings mentioned by you but am still facing the error. Let me please explain my setup and configuration steps done. Kindly let me know if I have missed any step.

1.  The components will be supplied from WM managed storage location AFS to PRD. I have maintained a production supply area PSA#### for the production sloc PRD.

2. The work center has been created for the PSA#### and maintained in the routing for the finished product.

3. When the production order is saved the receipt storage location gets populated correctly and also the production plant, Even the WM staging simulation works fine.

4. Created a customer (ship to party)  and assigned the vendor to it.

5. Created a vendor and assigned a plant to it.

6. Assigned the ship to party, vendor, shipping point, sales organization, distribution channel and division under : Logistics execution-> Decentralized WMS Integration ->Central processing-> Application ->Define Interface to Inventory Management and Delivery relevant data.

7. I have already made the settings under the Purchasing node as suggested by you but get the error : 'Data for plant #### incompletely maintained' when I try saving the production order.
