Billing plan is not displayed in transaction/item level of service contract.

Hi all,

I am trying to configure billing plan in service contract.  I have configured billing plan type (periodic billing), billing plan procedure and assigned them to transaction type and item categories of service contract.  But I am unable to see billing plan assignment block in transaction/item level.

It stands resolved.  configuration issue was fixed.

Could you please share the fix done for this issue? We are also facing same issue. Billing plan tab isi not visible at item level.
