Configurable Product

Hi,

We requires help in downloading of configurable product from SAP R/3 to CRM. can any one tell the exact steps,how to do that.

we are stuck on viewing the product variant and we didn't find any information about this either bookshelf or SAP Notes.

Your help will be highly appreciated.
