BP Master Data Error : Failed to set focus to default item in master data

Hi Guys

I keep getting this error when switching between find and add on BP Master Data -  Failed to set focus to default item in master data.

Any ideas why this is happening.

Hi Bongani,

It seems that some add-on is causing this issue? Can you please check after disconnecting all the add-ons and let us know the results?
