IDOC Error : Delivery not GI posted, not POD-relevant, or already POD confirmed when receiving STPPOD message

Delivery not GI posted, not POD-relevant, or already POD confirmed

When we are trying to receive the STPPOD message type IDOC from the customer , in our system IDOC is failing with below error .

Delivery not GI posted, not POD-relevant, or already POD confirmed

Basic type        DELVRY03

Message type      STPPOD

I am unable to reprocess this error as well I don't know what to do now ??

Kindly suggest what to do ?

Well, you will not be able to reprocess an error if the conditions that lead to that error still exist (naturally).

Other than posting on SCN, what have you done so far? Have you checked if the delivery is "not GI posted", "not POD-relevant", etc. as message suggests? It seems rather self-explanatory...
