Custom declaration in Import in GTS

Hi All..

while saving the Import customs declaration in GTS..

I got a requirement to default a US partner in Partners Tab based on the Mode of transport in Transportation Tab in Change mode(in Creation mode it has defaulted by functional configuration but the same not working for Change mode).

can any one help out of this please..
