Initial Load Not Working

Hi Forum,

We did a client copy and now I am trying to replicate master data from ERP to SRM 7 system.

I ran BDLS to update logical system names and also updated it in config where ever required manually.

Did the following

1) Maintain the table TBLSYSDEST in both SRM and ERP system.

2) Follow the sap note 720819 and maintain all the 5 tables correctly.

3) Before you start the download, you must use transaction SE38 to execute the report BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW in the EBP system.

4) Ensure that the table CRMATAB in ERP system holds the entries after the step 1. IF it is blank then follow the sap note 1498111 and run the report  SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB in SRM.

5) Also check for the R3-Guid in the tables CRMMLSGUID (SRM system) and CRMPRLS (ERP system ). Both should be identical with the logical system.

I am stuck with the last point i.e. table CRMMLSGUID  in SRM is empty after running the initial load though table CRMPRLS (ERP system ) has an entry.

When I run R3AS for DNL_CUST_PROD0 it gets stuck in status Running and in SRM Inbound Que thers and entry for "R3AI_DNL_CUST_PROD0"

Details shows:

Also in SMWP it shows following

Is it the issue with CRMMLSGUID in SRM, if yes how to fill it?

Thanks,

Anubhav

Hi,

just activate the queue in SMQ2 in SRM and see what happens. It looks like the queue R3A* is not registered in SMQR.

Hi Robin,

Thanks, I processed the the LUW manually and it created an entry in CRMMLSGUID in SRM but i is different from entry in table CRMPRLS in ERP.

R3AM1 shows status Green but when I check comm_hierrarchy, no material group is there. I have maintained filter for material group.

It looks like the queue R3A* is not registered in SMQR.

How to do that?

Thanks,

Anubhav

Can you check transaction SMW01 for any errors? I checked the table entries in our system - it should be the same.

Is the entry maintained in SMOEAC correct (RFC destination)?

Did you run BDLS 3 times?

1x ECC

1x SRM for SRMCLNT

1x SRM for ECCCLNT

regards,

Robin

Hi Robin,

Thanks, SMOEAC RFC is correct, no messages in SMW01.

Should I run BDLS in ECC as well for SRM Logsys?

Thanks,

Anubhav

Hi,

no, the GUID in the CRMPRLS is the GUID of the ECC system. So it is not needed to run BDLS in ECC for the SRM client. Only 2x in SRM.

Thanks Robin, the values in CRMPRLS and CRMMLSGUID are same(after running BDLS in ECC for SRM Logsys) but still no material group is replicated.

Also I have to execute the LUW manually in SMQ2, shouldn't it run automatically?

What setting am I missing?

Thanks,

Anubhav

Hi Anbhuav,

Can you please read the steps of the SAP note 765018?

In this case are some reports to delete these entries on these tables and a new GUID number will generated.

After this please send a screen shot of the SMQ1 and SMQ2 entries on SRM and ECC systems ID.

Thank you,

Moacir

Thanks Moacir. The issue was resolved after I changed SRM Logsys name in ECC using BDLS and ran the initial load.
