I was able to find information on routing request/confirmation under these threads:

However, unable to find the related document attached in the thread.

Is there another way to access http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/Print46c/en/data/pdf/LETRA/SDTRA.pdf

I'm guessing it would still be in the SAP Help, under LE-TRA section... It seems SAP removed those old PDF documents, but the same content should still be available in SAP Help online. It's searchable in Google, use site:help.sap.com addition.
