HCP mobile service doesn't talk to back-end system via CC

Hi all,

It would be great if you could help me here as I could not find anything similar on the forum.

I have a mobile hybrid app which works perfectly when run as a web application. In this case the client connects to HCP which communicates with the backend system via Cloud Connector.

But when I try to run it as mobile app it does not want to work. It registers a device on HCPms but there is no communication received by the Cloud Connector. In Mobile Services this app uses the same destination that I defined in HCP. I can successfully ping it from HCPms.

When I run my mobile app in android emulator I get the following error:

Is there any hidden function to reset/refresh an HCP trial account without re-creating a new one as some did in this thread to fix mysterious issues:

Or alternatively, is there a way to check what HCP mobile services send to destinations?
