how this scenario can be worked out

full installation  of meter on 01/02/2016

full removal of meter on 01/02/2016

reversal of removal on 01/02/2016.

is it possible.

supplying activity date 01/02/2016 for removal should raise EN015

check the actual dates in egerh & eastl

likely the removal activity date is 02/02/2016 (this will show valid from / to as 01/02/2016 however)

reverse technical removal & do a billing install to revert to currently installed.
