Auto Upload of Exchange Rates

Hello Gurus,

I request for support from any one of you who has implemented the Auto Upload of Exchange Rates from ECB Interface by setting the RFC destination.

My client wants to use the Auto Upload of exchange rates from ECB to SAP. I am aware that SAP has given the standard program RFIMPNBS for the same purpose and I have studied it completely. Now I want to know if this would be a good Idea keeping in mind that we need the auto upload to be done on a daily basis and it will be for more than 25 currencies versus Euro.

In order to run the report I need to Run this program and before that RFC Connection has to be set up in SM59 with following configuration.

• RFC destination

Define RFC destination for connection to ECB server with attributes (transaction sm59):
Connection type: G
Target host: www.ecb.europa.eu
Path prefix: /stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-hist-90d.xml
Other attributes depend on system configuration (proxy, security...).

My final question is:

1. Other than SM59 configuration, what are the additional configuration steps that I am required to do the auto upload of exchange rates.
2. If there are some additional steps, could you please provide me the steps.
