Hi Fnds,

In a IDOC , under the Status records - i can find the Delivery number as shown below,

Now, i know the Delivery number and wanted to find the IDOC. Kindly please help.

I tried in EDIDS - Paramenter2 filed by passing Delivery number but didn't get the IDOC number.

Thanks,

venkay

This information is only available in the message shown for the status record. I don't think there is a transaction where you could search for it in the IDocs. But if you know the document number (delivery, order or whatever), you could open that document and then use GOS (services for object) button and Relationships menu underneath. This should show the corresponding IDoc.

If for some reason this is unavailable, you could use WE02/WE05, get an IDoc list for the date(s) when document(s) in question were created/changed. When you see the IDoc list, click "Status List" (F7) button in the toolbar. This will show a list of all the status messages and there you can search for the specific document number in the message.

Hi Venky,

Have you tried to check in the Tcode we09...

Or else you can check in the Below table EDIDC.

Even Based upon the Status we can find using the Monitoring Tools:

Using WE 19 WE 02

Hope it is useful

Thanks & Regards

Hi Surendra,

I tried with WE09. But, here i have to give the segment name/ field/ value. but, as i attached in screenshot. i can know the delivery number under the status reord. so, no segment and field.

I know the delivery number ( pulled from LIKP-VBELN)  with that i needs to find the IDOC number.

Thanks,

Venkay

Hi Venky,

Michael Post is correct tom find the Document number.

To find the Segments based on the idoc number go to the table EDID4.

You can find the Segments.

You can find the segments by we19 by giving the idoc number

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

Segments will be link to Data records and not for the Status record. so i can not give the segment in WE19/WE09.

here, i am looking for the sales order number ( not for the inbound delivery - i taken wrong screenshot - sorry for that).

Thanks,

venkay

In WE09 enter the sales order number in the field  "for Value" to get the idoc number.
