trigger an individual step or task in it through function module

Hi,

I am able to trigger the complete workflow using the EVENT function module..

I need to trigger an individual task or activity step like MM approve...

May I know the function module to do so, where I can pass the task ID rather than WF ID?

So, how do I execute an individual task ?

Hello,

You can trigger individual task after event.

Just define it in SWE2 like usual WF (or define event in "Trigering events" tab in task).

It will be triggered - but this should used for some simple activities like do some action in BG, or write some log. Some simple activities - for good approval process You need whole WF.

HI,

  If you want to directly trigger the STEP of any workflow, it is not possible.

  Workflow is series of step need to be executed    sequentially.  You cannot start from the middle of workflow.
