Change History in CRM does not show user name but technical ID

Hi everybody,

We have integrated our Cloud 4 Customer solution with CRM on premise to replicate Lead/Opp and Activities.

We have observed that changes done in C4C are documented in the change history block of CRM only by displaying the technical ID of the corresponding C4C user (like K8U4D616***).

Hence, for an CRM user, it is not possible to check who has changed the document in C4C.

Is it possible to display the user ID or user name of the C4C user instead of the technical ID in CRM?
