Firefighter Provisioning Not Happening Request is in Pending

Hi Experts,

We got an issue with the EAM.MSMP Configured in the System for EAM.Issue is Firefighter provisioning is not happening even after the approver approves the request.Request still in pending.Notification is also not triggering for the requester that request is approved.

I have checked the Messege log in the instance monitor,

I can see execution details stopped at below message.

Ui action Update request Line item Data invoked by user Approver(object id/action detail XXXX)

Further please provide SLG1 logs and MSMP debug log if possible.

Hi Alessandro,

Thanks for the immediate reply. I have executed the Application Log but I could not find any error in the fetched records especially checked in between the time of request start and end.

In the instance runtime monitor I could not able get Debug File.throwing error message Error reading  msmp debug log file.

In generate version in Simulation Mode I got the
the error record as Document object for template id GRAC_AR_APPROVED not found.

Its working fine in QA environment but not in Production environment.
