Hello Experts ,

We are having simple soap to rfc synchronous scenario . But while testing through altova/soap ui , we are getting below error .

com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System is currently not started.

after investigating we found that we need to do below activity .

Go to Netweaver Administrator -> Operations Management -> Systems -> Start & Stop

Go to Java EE Applications on the left and filter  with the word SOAP

Stop and Start this both nodes:

com.sap.aii.adapter.soap.lib

com.sap.aii.adapter.soap.app

But the problem is we are not able to find this path through nwa as it is not showing operations tab in nwa . Kindly assist .

Regards ,

Hi Nikhil,

The user does not have necessary authorization. Any user with 'NWA_SUPERADMIN' should be able to have access. You can try 'j2ee_admin' user of your landscape for this.

Thanks

Hello Nikhli,

go to useradmin

http://PI HOST:Port:useradmin

or navigate to home page

just http://PI host:port

you can find user management.

Select the user and assign the NWA admin role.

Hello Nikhil,

The user is not having the authorization.

Assign-NWA_SUPERADMIN the required tab and options will be visible.
