Analysis Design Panel not working

Hi Experts,

Picking-up from the last thread I saw about this issue: https://scn.sap.com/thread/3396978

We have user with Analysis Office 1.4 SP12 installed in his machine. The Analysis button is active, but after clicking it, the Design Panel wouldn't show-up.

Hope you can advise on what to do.
