Reg: T-Codes in SAP-XI

Hi!

I am new to SAP-XI and we are implementing SAP-XI development server.I want to know the transaction codes used for uploading and downloading files from application server.

The T-Codes CG3Z and CG3Y are not available in our SAP-XI system.

Plz guide me on this issue.
