Hi,

I have created a table using fields sales organisation, country and chapter ID. Condition record have been maintained for the condition type. When sales order is created, system is not able to fetch chapter ID. Chapter ID is maintained in J1ID for plant and material under consideration. What went wrong..? Pls. advice.

Hi Siva,

J_1ICHID exists in field catalog. It should appear in analysis as well. But Chapter ID is not appearing.

Hi,

now try to check whether the chapter id is seen in material master or update the same chapter id in the material master.

the following combination will pick the data

country(departure)+plant+sales organization+chapterid

Hi SK,

Are you maintaining condition record in VK11 or FV11?

Thanks, JP

Hi Jyoti ji,

In VK11. I tried everything that I could. Finally, I used field control code of material master to be used as chapter ID.

This issue stands closed now.

Thanks every one.

Hi SK.

Obviously, if you're maintaining condition record via VK11, then you have to maintain Chapter id in Control Code of Foreign Trade / Export view of your material master. System will not be able to determine that from J1iD. J1iD is helpful when values are fetched in excise invoice based on FTXP.

Thanks, JP
