I want to creat the subject & assign it to BP Master Data.

Hi

You'll need to make a udf of text, another of link. The text udf you can right normal text.The link will have a link to where the file is. If you don't want to use link you can use image but then you have to scan the doc for to get the image.,

Hi Sundar,

You can either create a User Defined Object and add all the user-defined fields you need to create your feedback form. Another simpler way is to add attachments onto activities which will be added to the business partner.

Your solution helped me much.

Further to this can you please guide me how link the BP Master data (BP Code only) in this form ?

And I want to link this form in the tab "Linked Document" of "Activity" < Business Partners.

Hi Sundar,

You can look at the choose from list example to link the BP Code to the new form.

Unfortunately you cannot add to the Linked document combo box in the tab you are referring to.
