Ownership in SAP RE-FX (Standard)

Hi experts,

which possibilities exist to represent ownership structures of real estate in SAP RE-FX architectural view (without coding etc.)?

In our case the attribute expression would be "property / not property".

Please, clarify a little bit, what do you mean by "ownership structures"?

If you wan to see the owner of an object, you could define a new BP role "Owner" for architectural objects and use it in partners tab.

If you want a new property for architectural view, you could add a new field using BDT.

thank you for your reply. We only want to use RE-FX (also no BP functions).

"Ownership structures" is the information, if buildung, area etc. is our property.

We distinguish in "property / not property".

Hello TPI,

If You want to keep the standard and have the functionality of dynamic selections in report REISAO please use the fields from 'LAND' tab.

There is plenty fields available (in building law or land quality areas such as 'usage land', 'current usage', 'property type', 'land type' etc.). Choose the field and define dictionary or choose the field with free entry.

There is also a fancy tool that can be used if You want to obey the new fields creation.

Define a new measurement: Ownership (yes/no) and then use measurement profiles.

Defined measurements for AOs can be displayed in a report as new ALV columns.

Check the: Configure Measurement Profiles and Administer Report Profile (Main Profile) in RECACUST-> Information System
