Failed to call function RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ illegal input

Dear Experts,

We are running on SAP BPC 10.0. One of the critical dimensions in our model got corrupted and we cannot process this anymore.

Once we try to process this we get the following log:

"Error in Admin module or a component used by Admin module

An exception has occured

Failed to call function RSDRI_INFOPROV_READillegal_input"

We have also tried to refresh the dim cache with UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE but unfortunetly it didnot solve our issue.

We have also tried to remove and re-create the hierarchies (PARENTH1, PARENTH2) - also no success.

Any idea very much appreciated.

Hi Marek,

I think this issue come just because  incorrect member mapping in hierarchy,check the member once you assigned in hierarchy, Parenth1 and Parenth2.One more thing is which SP currently you are using?

Hi Khokan,

Thank you for your quick response. Currently we do not have any hierarchies in the dimension in question. We have removed them hoping it could resolve our issue.
