Segmentation model HV

Hi

I am running the HV segment modeller and all is OK with the UI except.....

When I select create segment model (new), go in and save - give it a name the name does not appear immediately on the title bar.

The main issue is none of the menu options i.e. generate model etc are available - they are all greyed out.

I can filter on my attributes and create a target group but the options on the top menu bar remain greyed out.

Any help would be great.

Hello,

May I know your system version and the which type of browser you use? Could you please provide us with the screenshot for your problem?

As a pre-check, you can check whether following notes are implemented in your system:

Note:2086737, 2182940, 2101913, 2073459

And check the customizing refer note 2132230.
