How to display amount 10,00,000 to 10.00 for reporting purpose

Hello everyone,

In SAP BPC 10.1 on HANA my input templates amounts are recorded like 10,00,000 and 1,00,000 etc but in summary report I want to show it as 10.00 and 1.00 respectively using the same GL ids. So what is possible solutions for this.

You are talking about formats for Indian currency? Please search the forum, it was discussed number of times!

It is not the issue with format for any specific currency but it is about conversion digit into above mention format. Eg. 1000000 into 10.00 and 100000 to 1.00

I have tried many suggestions for custom format for numbering but still not getting the desired result. Because in excel it allows me to reduce digits in 1000 separeter only which creates an issue for me.

I hope you got what I am trying to say.

Hello Dipesh,

You can use scaling functionality or in Report EPM formatting sheet in the data format place, you can add excel conditional formatting rule according to your requirement.
