GRC AC 10.1 - SP07 - Unable to Provision 'User Group for Authorization Check' Field on 'Logon Data' Tab.

Hello All,

We are currently trying to provision the 'User Group' field on the 'Logon Data' Tab of the User Master record thru GRC Access request provisioning process, the field being tried to provision is highlighted below in the UME.

We are aware that for this purpose the GRC access request process by default has a specific tab listed on the access request form, so that the needed User Group value can be provided in the access request form under the 'User System Details' Tab, as listed below in the screen shot.

But we are not able to provision this user group successfully on the user UME thru the access request provisioning process. Can you please let us know if any additional configuration is required for having the user group provisioned successfully? We have made sure the user group field is editable and mandatory as per the EUP settings.

Hello Narsimha,

Can you please let us know if other user fields are getting provisioned i.e. validity dates, user name etc.?
