Copy Company Code -- master data for PP

Dear SAP Team,

My Business needs to create a new company code (eg ZA00)

They need to transfer all the master data from one existing company code (eg YA00) to new company code (eg ZA00)

From PP/QM/PM side

I understand, it is not possible to extend simply the master data easily

We understand ,

1. The Business would have to download all the current master data from tables
2. Then upload all the Master data via BDC/LSMW upload programs
3. Is there anyway /options available in standard SAP , (any tcode or standard mass uplaod ) where we can copy all the current Master data from previous existing company code to new company code .
4. Please guide us step by steps
