inbound idoc transfer order create error

I am getting error in inbound idoc which suppose to create transfer order. Error is as below.

Storage location missing or incorrect

Message No. L3432

We have already mentioned storage location number in the inbound idoc which is correct. But seems program is not taking this.

I see below option which requires access key. So thinking whethe doing below change is correct or not.

1) Transaction SE51
Program SAPML03T, Screen number 0101 -> Element list -> Change

2) Select Tabstrip 'Special attr.', position the cursor on field LTAP-LGORT
and mark 'SET' parameter' and 'GET parameter'. Finally generate the screen.
