Not able to activate search connector SAPFINH

Hello Experts,

We are trying to implement Journal Entry Factsheet Fiori app. We have configured search connector and implemented couple of factsheet as well.

Journal Entry Factsheet app needs search connector SAPFINH to be activated.

But there is no search model available in SAPFINH connector due to this system is not able to activate search connector SAPFINH.

Is there any configuration is missing for activation of SAPFINH search connector?

We have searched SAP note as well for the same. Kindly provide any suggestion to solve this issue.

Hi,

As Vishal mentioned, I am also facing the same problem for Cost Center app. While activating ODATA service I am getting an error as mentioned below,

And there is no search model available in SAPFINH.

Kindly let me know how to solve this problem.

@Vishal: If you have solved this problem please provide the solution to clear this error.

Search Model is ACCOUNTING_DOC_H.

Application Component is FI-GL

Thanks for responding.

But while adding oData service in /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE, system is asking to activate search model ACCOUNTING_DOC_H from SAPFINH search connector.

Hello Vishal,

This error could be because all the models are not loaded correctly.

Have you setup the FIORI search correctly.?

Note : Before running the mentioned tasks lists in the above URL, please ensure that your secondary database connection for search to HANA database has been setup correctly.

You can test this connection using the report ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION.
