Regarding EL Quota Carry forward !!!

Dear Experts,

While doing the quota correction (2013) , EL Quota is not updated (in 2006) for some of the employee. However for some employee where we run the PT60, then in that cases EL quota are fine (in 2006) w.r.to Quota correction update.

Please suggest your input on priority to correct this issue.

Hi Ritu,

I am NOT quite clear what your issue is. However please refer my following response and hope it helps you to overcome the issue.

1. To be clear your current configuration to generate Absence Quota in tbl view V_T559L.

2. In Base Entitlement (V_T559E) if you set as a Time Type.

3. If it's Time Type, the only 1 way to Update / Create Absence Quota is via Time Evaluation.

It means that in order to reflex the Absence Quota, you employees must run in PT60. You should NOT expect that whenever updating IT2013, it will automatically adjust IT2006 immediately. If you want IT2006 updated immediately, must execute PT60.

Anw it really depends on your current setup to generate Absence Quota.

In PT60 log you can check it and if possible share the screen shot. Did you selected Transfer immediately in 2013?

Hi Suresh,

For certain employee subgrp/ personal subarea, there is no PT60 run by client side and then the issue arises. I selected transfer immediately in 2013 too but no help so far.

My issue is to generate EL for year 2016 ... its working for those where we run the time evaluation for other cases ...its not working...

My requirement is to generate EL quota for year 2016 for all employees and that should be done automatically.  Below is the PCR for same which is working for few cases and not in all cases

Dear Rabi,

There are certain employee category (like sales employees) for which there is no proper data for attendance/absence so client doesn't run PT60 for them.

EL generation is not working properly for year 2016. In order to correct this we have taken the help of  IT2013 to do the correction here run the PT60 and then check the IT2006.

The client's EL scenario is as below ...

" Quota accrual will be executed through time evaluation program. Earn leave quota will be calculated through Custom PCR(as mentioned above) by which it will calculate total active working days in that calendar year and divide 20. This quota will be accumulated next year 1st day and only 45 maximum quota will be cumulated in next year. Excess amount of quota will be encashed in current month (i.e. December month in the calendar year)."

As I mentioned, the issue is to generate EL for all employees for year 2016 and that will accumulate the previous year 2015 details too ...please suggest me where I am missing the details or what are the logs which I need to provide in order to solve this.

Hi

Please take one employee run PT60 and then check the log. If possible please provide the complete log of PT60 for which employee IT2006 is not generating
