Regarding EL Quota Carry forward !!!

Dear Experts,

While doing the quota correction (2013) , EL Quota is not updated (in 2006) for some of the employee. However for some employee where we run the PT60, then in that cases EL quota are fine (in 2006) w.r.to Quota correction update.

Please suggest your input on priority to correct this issue.
