Exception condition "ADD_PARTITION_FAILED" raised

Hi All

I got short dump in transaction data full load to InfoCube with the exception.

SQL-ERROR: ORA: unable to create INITIAL extent for seg ment in tablespace PSA

System error: ADD_PARTITION ORACLE ORA: unable to create INITIAL extent for seg

ABAP/4 processor: RAISE_EXCEPTION

can anybody help me in fixing this error
