Accessing an inspection plan from an inspection lot

Former Member

Hi,

An inspection plan can be accessed from within an inspection lot.  The inspection plan that was applicable when the inspection lot was created will be displayed.  Does anybody know what table this is stored an or how the system knows to select the correct plan - is a copy of the plan stored in the inspection lot and if so - in what table?

Cheers,

j

Jacqueline,

the Key Date in the inspection lot (Insp. specification tab) will decise which recordss to fetch from the Inspection Plan tables namely PLKO, PLPO, PLMK. This date matches with the Valid from date in each of these tables and collects the records accordingly.

Hi Dieter,

Does the long text also get copied - because I need to print it as it was recorded when the inspection lot was created?

Hi Jacqueline,

For my knowledge the long text will not copied.

The long text can be found with table STXH and you can read the text with function module read_text.

Hi Jacqueline,

look in Table QALS.

Data will be copied to QAMV, QASV, QASVRMS, QAPP  with the creation of the inspection lot.
