Display latest tickets in worklist

Hi, experts.
I am not very experienced with solman, that is why I need your help. My requirement is to display the latest 100 tickets in worklist, if the query is empty. Right now (as per default), the oldest 100 are displayed. Is there a way to do this? I am using Solman 7.1. If the solution requires programming, which it probably does, it won't be a problem for me. Any kind of hint would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Borys

Hi

Just simple steps no coding required.

Go to SM_CRM-> Incident management -> in search box click incidents

In search screen, press setting (wrench button) on top right of your development system.

Now Search the maximum hits as 100 and give time frame as this year and save the view.

Further if wrench button is not visible., configure as here

Hope it will resolve your issue

Thanks

Hi, Rishav.
Thanx for the quick response. I have a question however. Where do I set a value for the time frame? I do see the field, but not the input for its value.

Thank you,

And one more question - you're suggesting to do it under Incident management ->  Incidents. Will the same work for Worklist?
Thank you,
Borys

Hi

When you will go to the search box you can see the time frame, as shown below if its not there you can add that from the dropdown list.

Once you press save , the view will be saved in your home screen of SM_CRM.

Thanks

Hi, Rishav.
Thank you, I've got it now. If I enter the time frame and save my search, will it be loded automatically after the next logon? Or will I have to pick it manually?
And I do not see the time frame field when configuring the worklist.

Thank you,
Borys

Hi

You can add it, as you can see in top of your screen background "Assigned To" or in my screen shot where incident id is there, you can click on that and find "Time Frame" .

Thanks
