Product Substitution in CRM

Hello,

I have maintained all material determination settings in ECC and download this to SAP CRM with conditions DNL_CUST_PDD and DNL_COND_D001.

I think all product substitution customizing is ok, but in crm web ui this is not working. So this is not convert the my target material in CRM web ui.
