The document in right-to-left reading mode

Hi All,

I have a problem with new Webi report I've created.

Environment:

4.1 SP06 on Windows Server 2012, and working over UNX.

Problem:

While trying to open an existing-new report that we've created along with the user yesterday,

We receive the following error

"You cannot display this document in this mode because the document in

right-to-left reading mode. you can open the document with web

intelligence applet interface or web intelligence rich client"

When we try with java, the report works fine.

We don't want to force the users to work with java, since it's very

slow.

Things Tried:

1. Chrome\Firefox\IE11

2. Changing web browser language

3. Changing the enterprise user's preferences from English to Hebrew and back.

None of these helped.

Important to mention that it's possible that the report was developed while using Hebrew language as the interface of BI LaunchPad.

How can I change this mentioned setting ? (right to left reading mode)

In addition, what causes that? Couldn't find any help in the matter.
