HTML mashup in the workcenter floorplan

Hi All,

I have a requirement to display a URL in a HTML mashup on the workcenter floorplan screen. I have been able to display the same in the account tab, however the requirement is to display it under the WCF. I have been able to create the embedded component and assign that component to the WCF page, however, it only displays the blank IFrame. Any pointers would help.

Hi Sandeep,

If your requirement is to display the mashup in a separate work center, you have to assign the work center to your user. Once that is done you can open your EC as separate work center instead of opening in the account tab.

I have already assigned the workcenter to the user and assigned the mashup to the workcenter. However, the IFrame in which the Mashup has to appear is blank. Is there any other setting that is required to display the Mashup in the workcenter.

Hi Sandeep,

Try opening your tenant URL in HTML5 if you are opening the same in Silverlight. To cross verify that your mashup is visible you can preview it in the EC.

Hi Srinivasan,

I am opening it in HTML5 only, the IFrame is coming as blank. I am able to view the mashup in the mashup preview and also in the account tab. However, same mashup is not appearing under WCF and it is displaying a blank IFrame.

Hi Sandeep,

Everything seems fine at your end. Try checking whether you have given the proper configurations while creating Outport, Mashup components and Simple Naviagation.
