Mass Data Maintenance - Leads / Not working

Hi experts,

We want to upload some leads using a .csv file.
Unfortunately the process fails every time.

Data validation succeeds every time, but when pressing the data upload button, all entries failed.

I tried to delete predefined IDs so the system can provide by its self but then, validation fails.

Here are some screenshots.

Hi again @Christoforos Verras,

I recommend you to do with migration tool, because as you said are they new ones. The error that you are facing is because the system is waiting an ID and you do not have one " <?>". I mean, in your screeshot. Please follow the screenshots and you will upload the Leads. Set the properties to add new records and look out to your mandatory fields.

Hi again,

luciano.monteiro13 and thanks for your interest.

Even when I do have IDs I get errors, and this is what is freaking me out.
If i give IDs 1.2.3.4... it says Leads not not exist. Which makes absolutely no sense.

Anyway, I will try the Data migration process, but where I have to go to see the first screen?
and then the migrate Leads screen?

Is it a workcenter view?

Make sense the messages that you have, the Leads isnot on the system already. With the Mass Data Maintenance you can correct some details of your business data. The maintenance process is divided into three steps, during which you export, change, and import your data. This allows you to update a large amount of data in your SAP solution. So here, can just update the data. Thats why I recommend use the migration tool. For that, first you need to check your scope regarding the objetcs templates (Business configuration), then go to the business configuration again, current project, activity list, seach for Prepare for Data Migration (prepare), download the template (xml file, and you can opne with Excel) and full fill the data that you need/want, then on activity list again search for migration of Leads (integrate and extend) and finally upload your file.

Hi @Christoforos Verras,

Did you tried to do this with migration tool? Seems to better for your issue. I mean, regarding the Leads are they already in the system or are they new?
