Inventory Aging Report

I’m currently making an Inventory Aging Report and my valuation is FIFO (Manage by batch). I used table IBT1 to get all IN and OUT transaction.

I need to know the right table where I can get the Item Cost especially for transactions CM (Credit Memo) and IM (Inventory Transfer).  Where does SAP base its Item Cost on Inventory Audit Report? Right now I’m using OINM table for Item Cost.

Hi Phoenix,

Not sure if the OIVL table will help you.

This table stores the inventory valuation log.

Hi Edy,

I already used OIVL table as reference but it's the same as OINM.

Which table is better to use OINM or OIVL?

Hi Phoenix,

OINM is an SQL view, one of the base table is OIVL.

The OINM view is very extensive and supports for all scenario.

If you know how to join and you require only specific items, ie only item managed by batch. You should be able to write a more specific query from OIVL. In general, this should give you a better performance.
