how to make error message in red colour inside function module

Hi All ,

I am concatenating a string with the BP Address in FQ_EVENT 6050 .Is it possible to make the text in a different colour in sap .

Is it possible to make a part of concatenated string to different colour ?

eg:

concatenate lv_name1 && lv_name2 into lv_name .

lv_name1 value should be red in colour and lv_name2 should be in other colour .

Is it possible to do that .

What is "in sap", where should the text appear?

If it should appear on a classical list, you use the COLOR option of FORMAT or WRITE.

If it should appear on a classical dynpro, now way,

If it should appear in another UI check the documentation of the UI framework ...
