/Personas/Admin this function is not possible

Hello Gurus,

I have just installed SAP Screen Personas 3.0 and I can't access any transaction. I have added the role /PERSONAS/ADMIN_role to my user. The error I see: This function is not possible. Also I don't see the P in the web. Although I see all roles and transactions have been created. I have followed the post installation step, all services are active. I have reset the buffer as per other discussion. I don't know where else to look for. Thanks!
