Is there a way to achieve with UI5 this button look/style ?

Like the primary button but with sap.ui.commons lib

Check the examples at

Button - SAPUI5 Demo Kit

You could use the Special buttons or you could us the Unstyled buttons and add your own styles.

I agree with Jamie,

also you can check out bootstrap and if you are able to use a button using boostrap, then you should be able to get what you need. check out the option sections here from boostrap
