SNP planed order are not created

Dear

I have a problem that after run SNP heuristics(location/network/multi-level),there are no planed order are created.

( not all,only 1 product are not created planed order,so PB setting and marco is ok)

I check lot size of product master ,and PDS,there is no problem.

Would you have some ideas about this issue?

Hi Yuan,

Can you start by running location heuristic in the standard Planning Book / Data View 9ASNP94 / SNP94(1). If you do not see anything in total receipts after the location heuristic runs, you should try manually entering vales in Distribution Receipt(Planned) , Save and then check the order details to see if the source of supply if your PDS etc.

Try to create a planned order manually in RRP3. You should get an error with the explanation of what is missing.

Sorry but I don't think this could help. PPDS and SNP follow totally different logic.

You are right Ada. I did not read that it was SNP heuristic.

In this case, try to create the order in the planning board manually.

There are several demands and have no enough stock.

So it needs planed order for demands.

But now no planed order are created now.

For this issue I can list tens of possibilities.
Of course we can make some guesses here but as per my experience only debugging could help to identify the root cause.
