Dear Cloud Experts,
As per our business requirement is it possible to copy one Account info (Activities- Appointments, Tasks, Phone Calls & Contact person) to another Account? Our business wants to retain the info in source account, hence we wants to know is there any option of copy functionality.
Note: I am aware of the account info movement through mass data maintenance, in this way all the activities will be moved from one account to another, but after the movement there is no data available in source account, because we moved the data so it is available in target account. The requirement is we want retain the data in source account also, hence we are looking for copy functionality.
Please let me know your ideas.
