Purchase Requisition workflow :WS00000038 not triggering in Case of Cancel event

Dear Experts,

We are looking for Purchase Requisition workflow .

We are copied standard workflow WS00000038 and created new workflow  and done binding .

We have assigned agent properly.

Our workflow works  in case of Release and Reject of PR but in case of cancellation of Purchase requisition workflow not triggering .

We need to intimate the creator of PR that "PR Cancelled".

Guide us on the same.

Hi Surekha,

I can see the workflow template WS00000038 has three outcomes

TS00008014 - Release rejected

TS00008348 - Release Cancelled

Release approved

Rejecting the PR would send a workitem to the initiator (creator) of the PR. Check if you have maintained TS00008014, TS00008348 as general tasks, by clicking on the agent assignment & selecting the attibute as "general task".

did you check if the agent assignment is activated in task of cancel release??

can you create a PR , then release it and share screen capture of graphical log ???

you need to explain bit further about the issue . information provided by you is too short to figure out what might be the real issue.
