Vendor is clearing from QMEL Table once Internal Reqork Production order being created in QM11 Transaction

Hi Experts,

we are facing issue in QM11 Transaction , we have created Notification and we can able to see the Vendor in QM11 Transaction(QMEL Table also updated with all the details) and we can able to display and see Vendor in QM03 for Notification is created.

The problem is when we try to create Internal Rework Production Order for the same Notification , The Vendor is clearing out as we do not see in QMEL Table and QM11 Transaction but we are able to see in QM03 for the Notification.
