Queue Prioritization in sap PO 7.4

Dear Experts,

We have several Dedicated queue created for critical interfaces in SAP PI 7.1.

But now we are moving to 7.4 JAVA Only stack.

So i want to know, is it possible to create a Dedicated queue in 7.4 as like 7.1 ( Please explain if possible - Since 7.4 is a java only environment i am not sure how to define the queue ).

If this function is not available in 7.4 how can i proceed further?
