10.1 Pie chart question

We have a problem where in "system type" users are also appearing in the pie chart data which in fact should not.Previously once i activated full batch sync job by selecting all types of users and from where this issue arose.

I again did full syncs selecting only user type "dialog" and excluded all other users types in two different full sync job run but pie chart data is not getting overridden and system user are still appearing..

Any advise or guide lines please ? is this seems a bug ?
