B1if - Transaction Notification Store Procedure Issue

Hi,

I have issue in When Item master add using B1if. I wrote procedure for block Item master when Foreign Name is empty this procedure worked Fine when user logged and add item master. When i am adding this item master from B1if it's not show any error it's show success message. How to validate this.
