Hi pros,

Search in SAP Help Center stopped working on our demo platform. Could you advise me on how to turn it on again?

Hello,

This was an issue with 1511. Has your system upgraded to 1602?

Hi Nadezhda,

Seems to be you are in Production system. For production system, upgrade is planned on 20th Feb.

Hello,

The systems are upgraded by SAP on a scheduled date. All the systems test systems already seem to upgraded but the produtction systems will be as mentioned on 20th Feb.

But we just came to know that the fix for this issue is still going on and should be resolved soon.

Hello,

Actually I also work on test system for my customer and it has the same search iissue. I justt checked the system version there and it is also 1511.

Hello,

If you are using 1602 version, you should be able to search for SAP Cloud for Customer help content. This works fine.  I have retested now (pfa screenshot). Please raise an incident if you are unable to view content.
